Marine Biological Laboratory
The town of Falmouth is home to several organizations dedicated to the study of the oceans and the organisms that call them home. The Marine Biolgical Laboratory in Woods Hole is an independent research facility that has earned a place in the international scientific community. Visitors can tour the campus and get a look at some of the animals used in the MBL's research during the summer months. Tours last approximately one hour and require a reservation to be made at least one week in advance.
